Serving in the Third District has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Brothers across Virginia and the District of Columbia, and in each interaction, I’ve learned something valuable. I’ve learned that every chapter — big or small — plays a critical role in shaping the life of our District. I’ve learned that communication is the bridge that keeps us connected, and without it, our Brotherhood cannot thrive. And I’ve learned that the best leaders are often the best listeners.
The Third District has also taught me the importance of accountability. Whether it’s managing reports, supporting undergraduate chapters, or preparing for District-level events, I’ve seen firsthand how much smoother things run when we hold ourselves to high standards. These lessons have shaped the way I approach leadership — with discipline, humility, and a commitment to excellence.
